Chairman

Oknha Sorn Sokna has the highest social rank called "Oknha" among Cambodian citizens. He is one of the founders of SOKIMEX GROUP, a large conglomerate company that mainly focuses on oil industry as well as the vice president of Cambodia Chambers of Commerce which is similar to Japan Business Federation (日本経団連). In 2010, he launched Sonatra Group, operating a variety of services such as banking, securities, investment, construction, auditing and accounting. He is also a main shareholder of Sokha Hotel Co., Ltd from SOKIMEX GROUP and has a number of experiences as a manager, ranging from site acquisition, plan, design, construction, management for Sokha Angkor Resort Hotel and Sokha Beach Resort Sihanoukville.

Managing Director

He is the CEO of Sonatra Group as well as the CEO of Sonatra Group companies including Sonatra Securities PLC, Shibatu Sonatra Co., Ltd, and Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd. He joined a management team since Sonatra Group was established as a main shareholder and a member of the company. He is responsible for scheme structure regarding site acquisition, planning, design, and construction as a total adviser for a Cambodian serviced apartment construction project by a Japanese listed company R.

Inspection Manager

Structure of new national assembly, and factory in Takeo Vong Seng was in charge of technical design. He is a lecturer at the Institute of Technology of Cambodia. He specialised in Structural Design and is now in charge of technical design. He is well-experienced as a technical manager and site supervisor. He received his PhD at Kochi University of Technology in Japan.

Finance / Admin Manager

Miss. Sokna Socheata graduated Bachelor degree of Business and Commerce ( Finance and Marketing ) from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia in 2013. She completed high school in Australia and she also graduated the International Baccalaureate from Wesley College in Melbourne, Australia in 2009. Socheata studied from Primary 1 to Primary 6 ( 6 years ) at Anthony Canossian in Singapore She speak fluently 3 languages English, mandarine and Cambodia.

Procurement Manager

He specialised in procurement. He used to be a procurement and logistics manager at British American Tobacco co. Ltd. Submission of bidding at British American Tobacco co. Ltd Sathya worked as a procurement and logistics manager. He specialised in procurement. He used to be a procurement and logistics manager at British American Tobacco co. Ltd.

Marketing Manager

（Japanese staff） He worked for Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, and started to join NEXASIA CAPITAL in October 2013. He graduated from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University in 2013.
